Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of the 12-in-1 Desk Wellness Pack are final. Because our products are delivered instantly via digital download, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the purchase is complete and the file has been accessed.

Unlike physical goods, digital items cannot be "returned" to our inventory. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will lose your right to a refund once the download process has started.

Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we will gladly refund the second charge.
Technical Issues: If you have trouble downloading the file or if the file is corrupted, please contact us. If we cannot resolve the technical issue within 72 hours, a full refund will be issued.
